Hey James! There are 44 million businesses in the US alone. There is always competition, but all of these businesses (brick and mortar and home based) need your help. I definitely think it would be good for a real estate agent’s business. I just signed up a real estate agent client a couple of days ago, and I know we’ll be able to get him ranked and getting more listings and sales using this. I’ve done quite a few sites for real estate investors for renting, buying, selling, investing and finding private money. The social media tools with Facebook and Twitter are really useful too for getting known virally to friend and friends or friends of clients you already have, kind of expanding your network through referrals automatically because you show up on their FB walls and all their friends walls, and the same goes for tweets. So, the ability to automate that is huge.
